Work Culture by Design

The conversation around AI often starts with the same question. "What will AI do to people?"

An ordinary person in a dysfunctional organisation can end up conforming to things they never imagined they would accept. An ordinary person in the right environment can do extraordinary work. The person didn't change. The environment did.

The same AI deployed into two different organisations can produce completely different outcomes. The technology is identical. The environment is not.

The technology becomes the messenger so the business doesn't have to be.

Does AI change work culture, or does it simply amplify the work culture that organisations already reward?
